Ah Foong Bak Kut Teh @ Sunway, Petaling Jaya

Was recommended by friends and finally I get to taste of it. We driving all the way from Penang to Petaling Jaya and was very tiring after a long drive. It was located near to Sunway Pyramid so you won’t find it hard to locate the shop.

By time we arrive here, it was so crowded as it was lunch time. Lucky we manage to find an empty table and we decided to try the famous dry bak kut teh, which is their specialty. So you can’t afford to miss it out, make sure you order it. We also ordered bak kut teh soup and few other dishes.

We wait for a very long time before our dishes is serving to our table. So hungry and soon we finish off all the dishes cleanly.

Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart @ Queensbay Mall, Penang

Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart has opening their first outlet in Penang, is located inside Queensbay Mall at the Lower Ground Floor. It is officially open on 25th September 2016 but only last weekend we manage to grab a box of it because of long queue every time we drop in Queensbay Mall.

Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart offers an absolutely irresistible freshly baked, creamy and crunchy cheese tart.

They have promotion of one box (six pieces) of cheese tart which is only RM29 per box. Normal price is RM5.80 per piece. Which mean it only cost less than RM4.85 per piece if you purchase one box. So me and my wife decided to buy one box, she would love to try the chocolate tart too. So at the end, we choose 3 pieces of cheese tart and 3 pieces of chocolate tart.

You can eat them in four different ways:

  1. Room temperature
  2. Chilled in fridge
  3. Frozen in fridge
  4. Reheat in oven or microwave

MyROTI Panggang @ Batu Maung, Penang

MyRoti Panggang wasn’t just ordinally Ramli burger stall. They have been well known with their Roti UFO or UFO burger.

They use normal burger bread and sliced it into half. After added in all the ingredients and then they have to squeeze it in between of the sandwich toaster. I have tested a few choices from their menu.

Let’s talk about the Daging Burger, I wasn’t so fancy of Daging Burger and in fact it was too normal. And my wife doesn’t like the smell of the meat. One burger is not enough and it doesn’t have cheese. I wasn’t expecting it doesn’t have cheese in it. A bit too dry.

Hana Cafe @ Tanjung Bungah, Penang

Hana Cafe is one of my most visited cafes. It was a small cafe located just opposite Dalat School. They do have small car park behind the cafe and in the front of the entrance.

I prefer to visit here at night which you can enjoy the ambiance of the cafe. But you can also visit on day time and you can have good lighting for photoshooting on food or model. It is not noisy cafe so it was a good choice for couple or group of buddies to gather here.
