Do you love soya milk? If yes, do not miss out the soya milk from Qbean inside Queensbay Mall, Penang. We ordered Soya Milk with Gula Melaka and Green Tea Soya Milk.
We falling in love with the soya milk. Taste was wonderful especially the Green Tea Soya Milk, it mixed well to create a smooth green tea flavour to the soya milk.
Meanwhile, the Soya Milk with Gula Melaka doesn’t match up with my expectation for the strong Gula Melaka scent. Hope they do improvement to their formula to boost up the Gula Melaka scent.
Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant serves halal-certified dishes from a fine selection of wagyu beef, lamb, seafood and poultry. Ambience was great and definitely a good place for couple or brunch of buddies to hang out with.
My wife spotted the Tofu Chige Soup. Basically it was toufu (tofu) and chicken slices in spicy Kimchi soup serve in hot stone bowl. I can assure you it was very delicious and you can also eat it with plain rice. Strongly recommend this dish.
Revisited this Granny’s Hokkien Mee in Taman Lip Sin, Penang. Is easy to locate this place as it situated just beside Pan Palace Plaza or Sunshine Lip Sin. Hokkien Mee also known as Hokkien Prawn Mee or Prawn Mee.
Everyone know the main attraction of the Hokkien Mee was the soup. I’m very particulate with the soup of the Hokkien Mee. The success or failure of Hokkien Mee is strongly determine by the soup. Hokkien Mee consists of egg noodles and rice noodles with egg, slices of pork, prawns, vegetables, pork lard and sambal sauce.
It was my first time visiting the Overstepped Café in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Was here with my dear wife and a friend to enjoy our dinner. It was my wife second visit. Overstepped Café was located on the second floor of the shop lot, situated behind Emerald Puteri Hotel.
Service here was good and we were greets by the friendly waiters and waitresses. Because it was Chinese New Year so it was very crowded.
Chicken Breast & Chips look simple but it taste good. The chicken breast is huge in portion with right amount of BBQ source.
Despite of the name, Nana’s Green Tea, but they also offer wide selection of Japanese cruisine. Of course, you must try out their green tea and matcha.
After flipping thru the menu, we finally decided to order Salmon Carpaccio, Tori Soboro Don and Chicken Cutter Curry. For drinks, we ordered Matcha Latte hot and cold each. Very soon our drinks were serving to us. However, the cold Match Latter was nicer than the hot Match Latte.
Salmon Carpaccio was first to serve to our table. My wife and god-sister love sashimi. As appertiser, it soaks well with sesame oil and citrus sauce. The salmon is so fresh and juicy when you bite on it. I personally not fancy of sashimi.
