Elite House was under Bali Hai Group of Restaurants, previously it was known as Stone Bay Restaurant.
As usual, four combination platter was serve first. Nothing special for the first dish but they all taste well. So we finish them all before the next dish.
One of my favourite dish, Elite House Stone Pot Dragon Tiger Grouper. I strongly recommend this for everyone. It taste so fresh and juicy. The Stone Pot was heated so hot before they pour the fish meat and other ingredients into the stone pot for cooking for few minutes.
Elite House Beancurd with Seafood in Pumpkin Sauce was amazing but the pumpkin sauce is not as strong as I expected but it was very temptation.
Deep Fried Pork Rib with Red Wine was another wonderful dish that I love. If they could marinate and massage the pork rib longer to allow the sauce and red wine absorbs deeper into the meat, I believe it would taste even better.
I can’t remember the name of this vegetable but it taste nice as everyone love it very much too.
Deep Fried Shrimp was nice but not so delicious as I expected.
Interior was very oriental. Ambiance was fantastic and we feel so relax and comfortable while dining here.
