This is one of the noodle stall we visited few times before. It is not difficult to find them. Open early in the morning just infront of 7-11 store, and located near to Hotel Once Bangkok. We decided to try out 4 different noodles they selling.
With simple ingredients but it do provide wonderful taste. First bowl was kuay tiew with pork slices, peanut, Welsh onion, garlic and bean sprouts. We added some dry chili flakes.
Second bowl was also kuay tiew with bean sprouts, Welsh onion, fish balls and fish cakes.
Third bowl was egg noodle with toufu, fish balls, fish cakes, pig blood curd and water spinach. The soup they added a red sweet sauce into it and added with dry chili flakes, it create a significant taste.
Final bowl is rice noodles (rice vermicelli) with Welsh onion, peanuts, fish balls, pork slices and grounded pork. We added some dry chili flakes to it.
With latest instruction from Thai authority, soon all these stall will be vanish from the street in Bangkok. Hopefully, they provide location where all these street stalls can continue doing business and earn their living.
