Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart has opening their first outlet in Penang, is located inside Queensbay Mall at the Lower Ground Floor. It is officially open on 25th September 2016 but only last weekend we manage to grab a box of it because of long queue every time we drop in Queensbay Mall.
Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart offers an absolutely irresistible freshly baked, creamy and crunchy cheese tart.
They have promotion of one box (six pieces) of cheese tart which is only RM29 per box. Normal price is RM5.80 per piece. Which mean it only cost less than RM4.85 per piece if you purchase one box. So me and my wife decided to buy one box, she would love to try the chocolate tart too. So at the end, we choose 3 pieces of cheese tart and 3 pieces of chocolate tart.
You can eat them in four different ways:
- Room temperature
- Chilled in fridge
- Frozen in fridge
- Reheat in oven or microwave
The first bite of the cheese tart was extremely temptation with rich and creamy cheese flowing out. I love the scents of the cheese filling the air.
While for the chocolate tart, the creamy and milky chocolate was also very attracting. My wife can’t resist the temptation of the chocolate too. Personally, I still prefer cheese tart over chocolate tart.
Most of all, they all packed in welly designed box which is enough room for 6 pieces. They have two trays and each tray consist of 3 compartments for the cheese/chocolate tarts.
They have many branches across Malaysia. If you haven’t taste it out, quickly go to the nearest outlet to grab a box of it.
